First determine which accounts belong to each issued Rithmic login and System. Several accounts can be visible in one session, but that does not enable copying automatically. Different logins require a supported connection arrangement and separate permission checks.

Build an account map
| Record privately | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Provider and account ID | Identifies the actual trading destination |
| Login and System | Identifies the connection that exposes it |
| Account stage and status | Distinguishes evaluation, simulated funded and live arrangements |
| Permitted platform and session count | Prevents assuming every saved connection can run together |
| Risk rules and copier role | Keeps follower limits and independent exposure visible |
Keep passwords in an appropriate credential store, not a shared account spreadsheet. The native capture below establishes two account rows under the inspected login, without disclosing their identifiers.
Choose the connection arrangement
For accounts visible under one login, inspect Trader Dashboard and the account selector in each order-entry window. Selection can be local to that window; check charts, DOMs and strategies individually.
For different logins, confirm that the platform supports the exact concurrent connection combination. Saving two profiles is not proof that both can be active. Do not work around a restriction by launching unsupported duplicate instances.
RTrader Pro plugin mode shares a supported host connection with compatible applications. It does not merge credentials, provide universal session exemptions or copy orders by itself. Quantower documents its host/client connection route.
Add copying or alert routing deliberately
The native Trade Copier exists, but the inspected login reports copying is not enabled. Provider activation and account eligibility are separate from account visibility. Cloud alert routing is another workflow; PickMyTrade's Rithmic setup has its own supported connections and exclusions.
For every destination, reconcile acceptance, fills, remaining orders and position independently. One leader fill cannot prove every follower filled. Compare the actual software, data, connection and hosting costs instead of assuming one tool is always cheaper.

Common questions
Does one login mean one account?
No. The inspected login exposed two account rows.
Does plugin mode copy trades?
No. It provides a supported connection-sharing route; copying requires a separately configured copier.
Can I run every saved connection at once?
Not necessarily. Verify the platform and provider concurrency rules.
Does adding more accounts reduce risk?
No. Replicating exposure can increase the combined amount at risk.
