Copy trading and multi-account

Multiple Rithmic Accounts in NinjaTrader: Supported Setup Checks

Quick answer

Distinguish several trading accounts exposed by one Rithmic connection from several separate Rithmic connections. Multi-provider mode does not by itself prove that an arbitrary set of Rithmic logins can run simultaneously. Check entitlement and the supported combination before configuring a copier or strategy.

Several account IDs under one connection

Connect through the supported provider recipe, then compare the account choices with the actual provider assignment. Check the Account selection independently in every Chart Trader, SuperDOM and strategy configuration. Selecting a different account does not cancel another account's orders or transfer its position.

The native RTrader capture below shows two account rows under one login. It establishes the account relationship on that session; it does not establish a successful multi-account NinjaTrader test.

Separate logins and Multi-provider

Apex's current setup describes enabling Multi-provider, restarting and adding My Rithmic for NinjaTrader Brokerage. Its reference to an additional personal NinjaTrader Brokerage connection must not be expanded into a promise of unlimited simultaneous Rithmic connections.

Before changing a working setup, get the exact supported provider combination and licence/session conditions from NinjaTrader. Rithmic's onboarding notice also requires new-connection eligibility to be resolved. Saving two connection profiles is not evidence of concurrent operation.

Copying and strategies are separate

Account visibility alone does not activate a copier. Confirm the copier's source, destinations and permitted relationship, then reconcile each destination independently. Do not run multiple copier paths over the same accounts or assume plugin mode copies trades.

If considering an alert receiver such as PickMyTrade, evaluate its supported Rithmic route separately. A connected broker does not establish copier compatibility, firm permission or identical fills. Avoid unsupported multiple-instance workarounds and unverified per-account price comparisons.
