Summary

The short answer

Most people searching for a trade copier need one of two products. If you place trades by hand and want them mirrored to other accounts, you need a copier. If you want a TradingView strategy to open the same position on several accounts, you need multi-account alert automation, which most copiers do not do. Work out which before you compare a price.

Before you compare

Three questions that decide it

Answer these three questions to quickly narrow down which type of trade copier you actually need.

01

What you are copying

A copier watches a leader account and mirrors the orders that appear on it. Alert automation is the opposite: an alert arrives and the tool creates orders on the accounts you nominate, each at its own size. TradeSyncer, Replikanto and Tradecopia do the first job. TradersPost does the second. PickMyTrade does the second and also copies from a Tradovate leader.

02

Where your accounts live

This eliminates most of the shortlist in one step. NinjaTrader accounts point to Replikanto or CrossTrade. Accounts across Rithmic, Tradovate and ProjectX point to TradeSyncer or Tradecopia. Stock or options accounts rule out every futures-only tool here. Check the platform your firm issues, not the firm's name.

03

How many accounts, and under how many logins

Every vendor meters this differently: TradeSyncer per broker login, Tradecopia one flat price for any number of followers, Replikanto once per machine, Copygram per account slot, PickMyTrade per broker login with unlimited accounts under one broker login. Count your logins first, because the same five accounts can cost $49 or $250 depending on how they are held.

PickMyTrade

Alerts to many accounts, plus Tradovate copying, in one plan

Alerts + copierOur product

Best for

a TradingView strategy driving several accounts under one broker login, on futures, stocks, options or forex.

Plans

One plan at $50 a month or $500 a year covers every feature, with unlimited accounts under one broker login; a second login needs its own subscription. Per-account daily and weekly profit and loss limits, trading-time windows, and exits, brackets, trailing and breakeven attached to the alert are all included.

Main limitations

The copier runs from a Tradovate admin account to Tradovate followers only, so it cannot lead on one platform and follow on another. No journal, no NinjaTrader 8 add-on, no Telegram source, no published public API. Interactive Brokers needs TWS or IB Gateway running.

TradeSyncer

Copier

Copying across the widest set of futures platforms

Best for
a trader who places orders by hand and wants them mirrored across several futures platforms, with a journal.
Plans
Basic $49 a month ($34 billed yearly) covers 2 connections at 10 accounts each; Pro $99 ($69) covers 4 at 20 each; Flex $149 ($104) covers unlimited connections with 120 accounts. A connection is one broker login.
Main limitations
Its documentation describes no webhook input, so it copies orders someone else places, and daily loss and profit limits apply to Tradovate accounts only. Its published limitations say trailing stop orders and automatic breakeven are not available. The trial takes a card and converts automatically.

Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Tradecopia

Copier

Flat pricing for large follower fleets

Best for
prop desks running many followers across several firms who want one price whatever the count.
Plans
Pro (desktop) is $49.99 a month or $34.99 yearly ($419.92 a year); Pro+ Lite $79.99 ($59.99) adds managed hosting; Pro+ $149.99 ($119.99) adds a dedicated server. Unlimited followers on every plan, futures only.
Main limitations
Pro is a desktop app and your machine must stay on. TradingView alerts start at $79.99, place entries with no exits attached, and need the exact contract named and updated by hand each quarter. Purchases are final.
Risk disclosure
Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Replikanto

Copier

A NinjaTrader copier you buy once

Best for
a NinjaTrader trader who would rather own the software than rent it, copying discretionary trades, NinjaScript strategies or ATM-managed exits.
Plans
Licences are one-time and tied to a machine: $249 for a year or $299 lifetime on one, $299 or $399 on two, extra machines $50 or $100. Support and updates renew at $39 a year.
Main limitations
It cannot execute a TradingView alert, and it needs Windows with NinjaTrader running. No daily or weekly loss limits, no trading-hour windows. The 14-day no-reason refund is genuine.
Risk disclosure
Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Copygram

Telegram signals

Copying Telegram signal channels

Best for
traders who follow Telegram signal channels and want them turned into orders. Nothing else here does that.
Plans
Starter is $29 a month ($12.50 yearly) for 2 accounts and no TradingView webhook; Pro $49 ($20.50) for 3 accounts and 2 webhooks; Advanced $79 ($33) for 5 accounts and 3 webhooks. Above five, the price is not published.
Main limitations
For futures it is Tradovate only, its own FAQ says there is no free trial, and refunds run to first-time subscribers within 7 days who can show the product is not working. We found no loss-limit setting on its site or in its app.
Risk disclosure
Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The content on this page is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

CrossTrade

Alerts + copier

NinjaTrader 8 and Tradovate, with a journal

Best for
traders working inside NinjaTrader 8 who want alert routing, copying and a journal on one bill.
Plans
Standard is $29 a month or $279 a year, Pro $49 or $469, Elite $99 or $949. The copier and the Account Manager risk controls start on Pro, so Standard is not the plan to compare. Every plan is single-machine, and a VPS is a separate $99 to $199.
Main limitations
No ProjectX, no stocks or options, no forex or CFDs. If your funded accounts are issued on ProjectX, it cannot serve them at any price.
Risk disclosure
Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The content on this page is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

TradersPost

Alert automation

Broad alert automation, but not a copier

Best for
one alert reaching stocks, options including index options, crypto venues and futures across a long broker list.
Plans
Starter is $49 a month ($499.80 a year) for 1 live account and 1 asset class, Basic $99 ($1,009.80) for 2 and 2, Pro $199 ($2,029.80) for 3 and 3, Premium $299 ($3,049.80) for 6 accounts and every class. Extra live accounts are $10 a month.
Main limitations
It is here because people search for it here, not because it copies — its own blog states that it does not offer direct trade copying that listens for broker-level trades. We found no daily or weekly loss limit, and there is no Rithmic, TradeLocker or Match-Trader connection.
Risk disclosure
Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The content on this page is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

Pricing

How these tools price the same job

One configuration, priced everywhere: five funded futures accounts, a leader you trade by hand, daily loss limits on each.

  • All five under one broker login. TradeSyncer Basic $49. Tradecopia desktop $49.99, machine staying on. CrossTrade Pro $49. PickMyTrade $50 if the accounts are Tradovate. Four tools within a dollar, so decide on platform and on what else is included.

  • The same five accounts under five separate logins. TradeSyncer moves to Flex at $149. Tradecopia stays flat at $49.99. PickMyTrade needs a subscription per login, so five logins is $250 a month. That is a real and large loss for us, and the configuration where Tradecopia's flat price is the best value here.

  • Now drive the leader from a TradingView strategy instead of by hand. TradeSyncer cannot, and needs a second product beside it. Tradecopia needs the $79.99 plan and still places entries with no exits. CrossTrade Pro does it at $49 on its two platforms. PickMyTrade does it at $50 with exits, brackets and trailing on the same alert. TradersPost does the alert side at $49 and does not copy at all.

Two costs sit outside every subscription here. ProjectX and TopstepX accounts need an API subscription from the firm, which every third-party tool requires and none of them sell. TradingView webhooks need a paid TradingView plan, equally for all. Tradovate connects to us by OAuth, with no API purchase.

Honest take

When you may not need any of these

Before you pay anyone, make two checks. First, ask whether the platform your accounts already live on offers copying between accounts under the same login. If it does, and all your accounts are there, you may be about to buy something you have.

Second, ask your prop firm in writing whether a third-party copier is allowed on your account type, and whether copying between an evaluation and a funded account is allowed. Firms differ and they change their rules. We publish no list of which firms allow what, because it would be stale within weeks and you would be trusting our page instead of your firm's answer.

And if you trade one account, a copier does nothing for you.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a trade copier and multi-account automation?

A copier watches a leader account and mirrors the orders that appear on it, whoever or whatever placed them. Multi-account automation takes one incoming signal, usually a TradingView alert, and creates orders directly on each account you nominate. A tool can do one, the other, or both, and most do only one. Decide which you need before comparing prices.

Which trade copier is cheapest?

It depends entirely on how your accounts are held. For five accounts under one broker login, TradeSyncer at $49, CrossTrade Pro at $49, Tradecopia at $49.99 and PickMyTrade at $50 are within a dollar of each other. For accounts spread across five separate logins, Tradecopia's flat price is the cheapest on this page and PickMyTrade is the most expensive. Prices checked 22 September 2026.

Can a trade copier break my prop firm rules?

Yes. Copying identical trades across evaluation and funded accounts is restricted or banned at some firms, and no tool on this page enforces your firm's rulebook for you. Risk settings in any of these products are settings you configure, not guarantees. Ask your firm in writing which tools and which account types are allowed before you connect anything.

Which copier works with NinjaTrader?

Replikanto and CrossTrade both work natively with NinjaTrader 8, and TradeSyncer and Tradecopia both list NinjaTrader among their platforms. PickMyTrade has no NinjaTrader 8 add-on; NinjaTrader accounts that log in through Tradovate work with our Tradovate integration, which covers some but not all NinjaTrader setups.

Do all of these accept TradingView alerts?

No, and this is where buyers most often get caught. TradeSyncer documents no webhook input at all. Replikanto accepts none. Tradecopia accepts them only on its hosted plans, and those alerts place entries without attached exits. Copygram gates webhooks out of its cheapest tier and caps how many you get. CrossTrade, TradersPost and PickMyTrade take TradingView alerts as a core function.

Does PickMyTrade publish this guide?

Yes. PickMyTrade wrote and published this page, and PickMyTrade is one of the seven tools on it. Every competitor figure comes from that company's own published pages on 22 September 2026, with the link in the table so you can check it. There are no affiliate links and no rankings here.
